Amazing food and great service! Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Halah Market Restaurant!

We ordered a large pizza and a full chicken. The pizza was really large; although the chicken topping was a bit less, it tasted good because it was freshly made. The bread served with the chicken was cold, which the kids didn’t like. We also ordered chicken soup, but surprisingly it had turmeric added, which ruined the flavor for us. The service was good and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, it’s a good place. However, the seating arrangement are in an event hall and can be improved.

For example, one reviewer noted: “The bread was giant and pillowy… the chapel i kabobs were nice and spicy.” The flavors lean toward being mild and balanced rather than overwhelmingly heavy — which is characteristic of Afghan cuisine.

Ate here 2 days in a row. The chapati is fresh baked and fantastic. The kebabs are perfectly cooked with an amazing char, but still tender and juicy. The staff are friendly and helpful to explain the Afghan cuisine to someone as ignorant as myself. Super cheap too. You aren't going to get this level of quality for this low of a price anywhere else. This place was recommended to me by a local Afghan as the best Afghan food in the area.

The food was great. I’ve been twice and enjoyed the food both times (first time was really excellent). It’s legit Afghani cuisine. I feel like the back room has potential to be a really cool spot. Currently it’s just a bit convoluted feeling.

Excellent chicken kabob plate, perfectly spiced. Loved their vegetable samosas too, and not too expensive. Male sure to eat them with the green dipping sauce.
